In recent years, Sprout.ai has reached milestone after milestone. We’ve grown from an ambitious early-stage InsurTech start-up into a global scale-up, trusted by some of the world’s leading insurers, service providers and MGAs (Managing General Agents).

Now, as we step confidently into this new phase, it’s time for our brand identity to evolve too. Our rebrand is much more than a change in colors, styling, and a new website.

Our Sprout.ai rebrand reflects a business that is no longer defined by early experimentation, but by proven results, enterprise-grade professionalism, and a global footprint – while always retaining the personality, agility, and innovation that first set us apart.

Evolving from start-up to global scale-up

When Sprout.ai was founded, our brand reflected our beginnings. It was energetic, playful and disruptive, with a visual design that set us apart in a corporate-heavy industry. That brand helped tell the story of who we were then.

But today, we’re different. We’re partnering with insurers across the USA, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. We’ve processed millions of claims, expanded our product capabilities, and built enterprise-grade security and compliance that meet the world’s most stringent standards.

As we continue to scale globally, our look and feel also needs to reflect maturity, trust, and professionalism – qualities our customers expect from a company handling sensitive data and mission-critical insurance workflows. That’s why our new brand is more focused, confident, and sophisticated: professional and serious, but with the innovative spark that has always defined us.

What we’ve achieved in the last 12 months

Team

  • We strengthened our Leadership, welcoming Ofer Karmi as VP Customer Success, Bernie Camus as Head of AI, and Colman Stephenson as CFO.
  • Investment across our global teams has accelerated, from sales and customer engagement to implementation. This expands our customer-facing and technical talent, to increase engagement and deployment capability, as we grow.
  • Our regional presence has grown too, across the USA, Europe & Japan.

Customers

Our partnerships with major insurers are expanding, including MetLife, AdvanceCare, and Lloyds Banking Group.

  • We’re live with customers across four continents: North America, Japan, Europe, and Latin America.
  • The proof is in the outcomes: consistently improving claims efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction for some of the most innovative insurers in the world.

  • Our product capabilities are broadening and deepening. New functionality including policy checking and enhanced fraud & leakage detection are empowering insurers to drive business impact across even more areas of the claims process.
  • To date, we’ve processed millions of insurance claims through our automation platform – testament to the scalability and resilience of our technology.

Recognition & thought leadership

  • 2025 awards and accolades include winning the Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards – Technology Partner of the Year, retaining our ranking as a Top 100 InsurTech, and being a TechRound SaaS66 winner for redefining insurance automation with SaaS.    
  • Last month we won the Dai-ichi innovation in insurance competition, further underlining international recognition of our innovation and value.
  • Our Growth Advisory Board launched, with Ian Thompson (former Chief Claims Officer, Zurich) joining to Chair the Board and support our next stages of expansion.
  • We’re increasingly shaping industry conversations worldwide, from thought-leadership reports to collaborations with global players like Guidewire.
