Roi joined Sprout.ai in January 2022 as CEO, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Before Sprout.ai, he served as Head of Engineering at Tractable, where he played a key role in the company’s journey to Unicorn status. Earlier in his career, Roi worked with leading insurers including Tokio Marine and GEICO and, since joining Sprout.ai, has partnered with many global brands including MetLife, AXA, Scottish Widows (part of Lloyd’s Banking Group), and AdvanceCare (part of Generali Group).
