From handwritten doctor’s notes, to call trancripts and prescriptions, our technology extracts all the relevant information from any type of claim document. The claim is validated with external data points such as treatment codes, provider network policies, or medication information, then checked against policy documents. Deep learning AI algorithms predict the best next step for a claim and pair it with a clear justification.


Images, receipts, handwritten surveys, PDFs and free-form text are just some of the claims documentation our technology can process. Fraud databases and household item data are used to contextualise. The claim is validated against policy contracts and schedules. Limits, excesses, inclusions and exclusions are automatically calculated.
