As Head of People at Sprout.ai, Tom leads our people strategy and talent initiatives, prioritizing exceptional candidate experience, values-led hiring, and embedding a culture focused on growth and high-performance. Joining in 2020, Tom has played a pivotal role in scaling the Sprout.ai team to where we are today.
Before Sprout.ai, Tom built the early-stage technical team at OakNorth AI as it grew to 130 people and grew Runpath through its acquisition by Experian. Tom’s mission is to build and retain a world-class team, shape and scale Sprout.ai’s culture, and keep the company’s mission and values at the heart of everything we do.
